Unless an alternate shipping option was selected at checkout, this production process it will take between 7-9 business days for your order to be created, bottled, and shipped.  Upon completion of order, you will receive an email with your UPS/USPS tracking information.  Once you receive your package please feel free to tag us so that we can share the love with other skin enthusiasts.

DAMAGED ORDERS:  If your product arrives damaged or cracked due to postal error we will exchange it for the same product or store credit. This 7 day policy begins the day your ordered was delivered to your door. Please email us at support@smouveskincare.com and we will start processing your order to replenish the broken products. Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product in your message to allow for a speedy process. 

EXCHANGES: Unfortunately, we can not modify your order once it has been fulfilled. If you have made an error or a double order, we will cancel that product order and grant you a store credit for a future purchase. If this happens please email us at support@smouveskincare.com . Please include your order number in your message to allow for a speedy process. If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped we will do our best to accommodate the product swap. 

RETURNS + REFUNDS : Because your products were custom made, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any items unless it is a damaged product.   

LOST PACKAGES:  In the event that your package is lost or delivered to the wrong house you have the option to file a refund claim directly with USPS. To initiate the claim process, you can visit the following link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm . USPS will then undertake the necessary investigation and issue any applicable refunds accordingly. Please bear in mind that the refund will be issued by USPS, not by us. If you require any further information regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please check the ingredients of your selected products to ensure that they do not interfere with anything you are allergic to. The full ingredients that we use are listed on each product page. local delivery 

There is a 5-7 day production process before your order will be delivered to you. Local delivery is for central Birmingham Potnahs only.  Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification letting you know your delivery is on the way followed up with a text message asking about your preferred drop-off point. Your order will either be dropped of in your mailbox or on your front doorstep followed with a picture confirmation of delivery. Orders will be dropped off no less than 24 hours of mailbox/doorstep confirmation.

Please let us know if there is a gate code, key code entry, etc that prevents us from reaching your mailbox/door. If no response is received or we are not able to deliver to do , the order will be shipped via UPS/USPS. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email provided and you can track it via their website.

local pickup 

Local delivery is for central Birmingham Potnahs only. There is a 3 day production process before your order will be ready for you. There are 2 pickup locations  L#1: near Legion Field |  L#2: Hueytown, Alabama) Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification letting you know your order is marked for pickup, followed up with a text message to schedule a meetup time.
